Tuesdays & Thursdays

Near the intersection with the High Rd. Less than a 5 minute walk from Goodmayes (British Rail) Station). Free parking on the road outside the venue. 

Adult & Junior Classes: Both start at 7:30pm with Juniors finishing at 8:30pm and the adults finishing at 9pm.   Fee's on Tues/Thurs £6 under 18yrs & £8 for 18yrs and over.                                                                

Sunday Kyokushin Karate Fight Training 10am-12pm 
@ 7Gymfitnessuk, Lake Forest Hse, Forest Road, Ilford IG6 3HJ (Free parking with registration).

Combine fitness and fight training in a friendly environment. Come and train in Kyokushin full-
contact Karate, led by world-renowned fighter and Instructor, Shihan Nick da Costa. Nick has
coached students to National, European and World Titles in full and semi-contact competitions.
Regular sessions will include conditioning, stretching, fighting combinations and optional sparring.

All levels of male and female students are welcome. (Minimum age 12yrs)
Time: Sundays 10am-12pm. Fee: £10 per session; payable at reception.
