Over the next week or so we welcome back our students who have been away over the summer. Dont make the common mistake of delaying your return as you do not consider yourself fit enough. The best step is the one that takes you into the dojo and back on the road to all the benefits that regular training brings. Osu!
Club grading 2024
The next club grading will be on Tuesday 24th September at 7:30pm sharp. All students must have a clean gi with badges, pads for sparring and have or have applied for a BKG license (details below). The fee for the grading is £12 with no additional training fee. students will be informed one or two sessions prior to advise if you are eligible. A normal session will run at the same time.

This year is the 25th Anniversary of Ilford dojo, so we will be holding an event to commemorate it. Details to follow!
General Grading
For 1st kyu and above, you must attend a national grading. details are in the BKG Newsletter above.
